  • Gardens Open, 2pm-5pm Several gardens in village open to public (£5 ticket for all gardens) Mainly in Polnoon Street but notices in village on the day
  • Afternoon Teas 33 Polnoon Street -£2.50
  • Guided Historic Walk, 2pm, leaving from the Church

Wednesday, May 27

  • Old Crocks Football Match 7pm kick-off

Fair Day May 30th
Around the Village

  • Procession leaves from the school at 11 am and parades through the village, arriving in show ring at 11.40am
  • Montgomerie Hall, 12pm-4pm -School Art Competition/Exhibition, Cream Teas
  •  Statue House, Statue Lane, off Montgomery Street, 12pm-4pm-the collection of six life-size sculptures by the acclaimed William Gemmell (1814-1891)
  • The Anderside Classic Scottish Cycle Race, finishing on Gilmour Street,
    1.30pm-2pm
  • The Kilmarnock Bunnett and Ladies Oakes Races will be held immediately
    afterwards
  • Possible RAF fly-past, 2pm (dependent on weather and operational responsibilities)

Park/Orry
A variety of children’s rides and activities, free of charge on presentation of the token from this feature, between 11 am and 12pm.

  • Giant marquee with dozens of arts, crafts and food stalls, and performances by singer Kelsey Hunter
